今天收到外國人跟著我出差，觀察我如何工作的"觀察報告" 針對我的描述如下... The lead inspector managed the roles of the colleagues very well in the internal meetings which were held at regular times. A clear inspection plan was prepared by the lead inspector, based on discussions with the inspection team. Each inspector showed excellent communication skills towards the companies personnel and within the team. 裡面提到"lead inspector"就是我啦 而且最重要的是...我們這組沒有缺點ㄛ 所以在看完這份"觀察報告"後... 讓原本心情已經大壞一陣子的我... 呵呵呵...龍心大悅ㄋㄚ 也終於可以維持一陣子的好心情囉 PS : 那位外國人真是佛心來著的超級大好人ㄚ 延伸閱讀 : |
