"We never do anything, consciously, for the last time, without sadness of heart" - Thomas De Quincey Two months left, sometimes kids drive me crazy, but I want to treasure it...don't know why, somehow, I can feel the scent of indescribable sadness... Purportedly, I have heard that only one person in a thousand knows the trick of how to do justice to the moment. Very often, we lament much to realize what moments mean before they are remembered. Our mind wander from the situation we are in toward the past, toward the future, toward things we have forgotten...and its difficult to understand afterward where it was we fell so short. The happy farm seems always to lie over another ridge, but in reality, the excess is always vulgar. The longer we live, the more beautiful life becomes. If we foolishly ignore beauty, we will soon realize our lives become impoverished I guess...the only beauty that is practical are for those who know how to tackle each moment as it comes for all that is worth. |
