辦這場白陽的大事，捨我其誰，都不可以少一個。

especially in the process you will hold communion

with the saints and sages.

上天暗中的撥轉，只要心靜下來，就可以感受的到，遇到問題的時候都可以解開。

Staying calm you can feel their holy presence that

helps solve your problems.

如果你的心沒有煩惱，就更接近天堂，就更接近佛，就更年輕。

With worries and cares cast away, you are closer to heaven,

closer to Buddhas, and of course, stay younger too.
