要以何方法來創造「更美」的人間？第一步，要先救自己，再提醒自己不氣、不氣；不氣，心就沒病，先放下。接下來要加強自己自律的功夫。這麼好的環境，這麼好的人，是不是要廣結善緣。下一刻人去樓空，這叫無常。可是我們因這個緣而聚合在一起，我們要珍惜。

How can we create a “more beautiful” world? First we must save ourselves from anger and free from illnesses. For this we must learn to let go, and the next step is to enforce self-discipline. Now the fair circumstances and kind people may seemingly be in our favor, but they may soon disappear. This is life; it is so impermanent. Therefore, now we have the affinity being together and we all need to cherish it.

人生無時無刻都在考，差別只在於有形、無形的考試卷。生氣代表紅色的赤字，既傷身體又對自己沒有益處。聰明人要做聰明事，要懂得自我反省。為師我不是特地來說教，只是關心到你們的心性，你要有好的修道環境，就先要有顆乾淨的心，你要求環境有用嗎？心境好，什麼都好；心境差，什麼都差。

Life is full of tests and tribulations, either visible or invisible. But when you see red, you are failing the test, for anger will ruin your health and your spiritual cultivation. So always introspect yourself, which is what a smart person should do. As your Holy Teacher, I am not here to preach, but to let you know I care about you. If you want a good place for Tao cultivation, you need to be kind-hearted. Without a big heart, how can you ask for a good place? In fact, a kind-hearted person can build a good place while a complaining heart can only make a bad one.
