I am sure that you took 陳水扁's money
and has kept your mouth shut just like
another Saint Chen took 陳水扁 NT$2,000,000.
The fact is that you do not have gut to admit it.
You commit crime you go to Jail. 
The following is the story in my place. 

The door bell was ringing in the morning about 8.30 am.
I came out from my bed room to the desk front, there Mr.
Larry Hurst standing with angry face,
" Are you accusing me taking some one's beer in the shared
freezer?"
"What was it?"
"Manager told me that you said that."
"The fact is that the Japanese Ladies complained about her beer were
missing among the other food stuff she is keeping the freezer.
I don't drink beer the manager does not take alcohol and we have our
own freezer and my wife has kept her in our own. It just disappeared.
Some one had done some thing. I do not know who did it."
I knew for fact that Larry has been on parole under the "Drunk driving"
charges. I did not accuse him in person. I told manager that I wanted
Larry moving out by 28th of this month. I can not stand any crime in
this premises.
"Larry, did you get the message from manager?"
"Yes. I understand."
"The day is set by 28th of this month."
Larry  got the message and left. He knows that if he fails in moving out
I will call cop to evict him and he will be put in jail for parole violation.
This is America.
