I got some question for you.
Is it true that if you want to open A/C in the bank for investment
only, the minimums capital is US$10,000,000 for an a/c of
investment? If that is true what are the name of those banks?
As your father, I certainly would not ask you to do anything illegal.
That is what I always am teaching you. I hate the crime and do not
like the people with criminal record staying in my motel.
That is why I told Jerry to evict Larry Hurst from my motel last
month.
Since you are working in Japanes bank is it illegal to provide
the followings:
1.If it is not your bank costumer, can you search the name of
Mr. Zhi Zhong Chen 陳致中、黃睿靚 through your Japanese
data system?
2. You may not be able to obtain the information. I know in the
United States it is legal for Realtor to search those information
to find what properties that 陳致中、黃睿靚 own under his/her
name in Tokyo?
3. In the United States it is perfect legal to provide those names under
the provision of disclosure law. In another words, all transaction
of properties transfer must be made transparently.
4. I hate the people like ex-President Chen used government machine
to steal tax payers money billions of dollars and hide in other country. 
5. Now the Japanese government refuses to cooperate to provide the
information to ROC government for international anti-money laundry
efforts. As a result, in the Blog world most of the Chinese, if not all,
have given Japanese government very ugly dirty and down to earth
filthy name. I am feeling badly because 3 of my families
happen to be Japanese national & 2 of you living in Japan.
As a decent people, Jr. I am hoping that you in your capacity, not
breaking law, provide assistance in finding those information.
