representative (1969~1973). I know all

Douglas Hsu treated me very well

conscience. The whole bribing scandal
got nothing to do with me but you have
to admit that bribing is one of the
Taiwan business cultures that you just

國民黨立委邱毅今（17）日上午放話，近日將公開兩份與「SOGO案」相關的契約書，「揭穿（遠東集團董事長）徐旭東的謊言」。邱毅並強調，他懷疑遠東購買40％「SOGO」股權的1,400萬美元買賣價差是給前總統夫人吳淑珍的「後謝」。
邱毅預告，將公開一份遠東與「卡萊爾」簽的契約書，此份是由遠東財務長李冠軍簽名的，目的是向卡萊爾購買40％的「SOGO」股權，「6千3百萬美元，白紙黑字清清楚楚」。邱毅還預告，另一份要公開的是遠東委託荷蘭銀行擔任買賣平台的合約，目的是向卡萊爾購買40％的SOGO股權。
邱毅表示，「中間的7,590萬美元的買價跟原來的6,300萬美元之間的1,650萬美元的『溢價』，作為中間被委託買賣平台的荷蘭銀行只拿走250萬美元，還剩下1,400萬美元。」

邱毅也呼籲徐旭東，公開說明扣掉荷蘭銀行拿走的250萬美元，剩下高達的1,400萬美元買賣差價跑到哪去了？
