Jack is somebody with a real and strong brush and can
hang in American company for 30 years. The fact itself
said it well. In America, doing your job well is a matter
of course or pack your stuff prepare your self to be laid off.
There is no such thing as life employment system like in Japan.
On the 2ND thought, with Jack's ability why he has not been
promoted to CEO? That is an another issue with
job discrimination in American society. What was the name of
HP previous female CEO? She worked two years and was fired
from board of director, but still enjoy the pension over 20 millions.
That is the funny system I just do not understand.
You make profit for the company, a matter of course, or fired
with huge pension. I wish I could have taken such a job= A failure
but kicked out of the HP with a deep pocket.
