陰蹻脈起於跟中，內踝前端大骨下陷中間之然谷穴，循內踝上行腹股、陰器、胸腹，再上行至咽喉，並至睛明穴，亦會於足太陽膀胱經。
主持陽動及陰靜 , 共統下肢運動以及睡覺
Distribution
The Yin Heel Vessel and the Yang Heel Vessel of the meridians run between the head and the ankle.

Function
The Yin Heel Vessel and the Yang Heel Vessels dominate the activity and rest of the body. They control the movement of lower limbs and sleep.
