Lessen 16: (04)Girding Vessel (G.V.)帶脈, line. explain 說明

帶脈,不通，小腹必胖！疏通帶脈，肚子贅肉立刻消失了！
帶脈部分：帶脈起於京門之下，居徧之上帶脈穴，季脅之帶脈穴，循行五樞穴、維道穴，不行居徧穴。迴身一周如帶，故曰帶脈。
循行路徑：
帶脈起於足少陰腎經內踝前下方之然骨穴，上膕別走足太陽膀胱經，合腎至十四椎，屬帶脈。帶脈起於季脅繞身一周。
Distribution
Starts below the rip side, runs down along the lateral side of loin and encircles the waist.
Function
The meridians binds up all the meridians of leg that run of the truck, promoting their interconnected relationship.
