Not necessarily all as you mentioned. But at least part of it
is true. The older you are the smarter you are. the wisdom
is growing with your age. I do not care if I am a handsome
looking old man or not but I am growing with confidence.
If I turn 80 with multi-million dollars I don't mind  having
better half with half of my age to live for the rest of life.

Keep a youthful mind is more important than the rest of the
points you mentioned.
