Should Mayor Hu step down because of the fire? Of course not.
He shouldn’t be responsible for the pub fire which should
have attributated mainly to the proprietor and partly to the customers.

Simply think of this: Taichung City Hall could impose strictest security checkup on the pub, and the latter could easily pass the check on the spot. But how about after the check?

Always remember, "fools rush in where angels fear to tread." Don’t go near the so-called pubs of Taiwanese style. If you do go, try to find the one that Sir Winston Churchill "leaves when it shuts down.", a real one.
