The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China announced yesterday that she will discontinue issuing short-term traveling visa to general visitors from Jap and South Korea as the first countermeasure against their discriminatory travel curb on Chinese counterparts.

Jubilations!  That is what a big country should do to protect its own interests on equality basis.  Today is a joyful day to me to hear such good news!
