The day before yesterday I called for the authorities of China Mainland in foreign countries to assist people from Taiwan for seeking help, even they are the victims of doing scam jobs.  If those people are innocent, send them back to Taiwan; if they are criminals against China law, extradite them to China Mainland for justice only.

Now the embassy of China in Cambodia has issued an open letter to Taiwan compatriots that if they are facing any problems in Cambodia, just call or proceed to the embassy for help.

Believe me, the "representatives" of Taiwan in other countries has totally lost their function of protecting its travelers or expatriates, but busy sending money as allure to some useless "visits" from the so-called "international friends".
