Many a piece of message was circulating online recently that China is to launch her third aircraft carrier some time in 2022.  Some fans speculated on its displacement, and most of all, how will it take off its jet fighters, by traditional ramp ski-jump or by electromagnetic catapult? 

People generally believe it will be electromagnetic catapult.  Needless to say, America would not instruct China in such a high-tech.  So, who made it possible?  It was the team of Gen. Ma Weiming.

FYI, Gen. Ma also contributed a lot to Chinese nuclear submarine.
