I fumbled my LINE on iPad the other day, so I need to restore the operation because it has writing function of Chinese characters in there, but not in my mobile phone, where there is only Zhuyin. 

I have tried and tried again but to no avail, for it took the iPad and mobile phone to work together at same time.  You know, the instructions from either gadget last too short each time, and I am too old to catch them up and follow them step by step.  This afternoon I asked my wife to help me fix the problem together: I held the mobile phone, and she worked on the iPad and told me each step that should be taken. 

In a flurry and a hurry of about half an hour, we made the things even worse.  O my goodness, now I am in high and dry situation, totally being helpless!
