Professor Zhao Yuanren(趙元任博士), a prominent linguist of modern China,  wrote subject famous short essay in classical Chinese, in which all of the words are of one pronunciation "Shi" only, with four different intonations.

I bet even average Chinese people can hardly understand all of those words that containing only one pronunciation, let alone those foreign beginners; it is totally Greek to them, and the non-stop "Shi" will surely addle their brains and shake their confidence as well.  (But the English translation therein is highly readable.)

Therefore we are proud to say Chinese character is not only a sophisticated tool for communication, but also a kind of fine arts itself, e.g. calligraphy and this kind of word puzzles.  So devote more of your time to Chinese, not to English, and let those advocates of Roman alphabets be real imbeciles someday.
