Z/53: What was she?

 They say you know it when you see it. It was unwrapped and clean under the twinkling tree. My grandmother had knit it, and it resembled a tiny girl(compound  sentence). she had bright orange hair, a blue-green dress and bonnet, and the bluest eyes. She felt soft to the touch and as light(rel . to weigh) as a feather. This gift was given to me. Because she was always quiet(sentence fragment), I thought she was peaceful, patient, and easily pleased. She smelled like roses and Grammy. What was she? (a doll)

 bright--adv.明亮地,vivid.strong,鮮明,強烈地的

unwrapped--adj.解開的

resemble--v. to look like(好像)    assemble--v.to gather(集合,聚集),組合

to twinkle--to have little light that goes on and off(adv.) 斷續地

to have a twinkle in your eyes---you may be mischievous(淘氣的,頑皮的) or a joker(愛說笑畫者).
