震落了清晨滿披著的露珠，∕伐木聲丁丁地飄出幽谷。 ∕放下飽食過稻香的鐮刀， ∕用背簍來裝竹籬間肥碩的瓜果。 ∕秋天棲息在農家裡。 向江面的冷霧撒下圓圓的網，∕收起青 魚似的烏柏葉的影子。 ∕蘆蓬上滿載著白霜， ∕輕輕搖著歸泊的小槳。 ∕秋天遊戲在漁船上。 草野在蟋蟀聲中更寥闊了。∕溪水因枯涸見石更清洌了。 ∕牛背上的笛聲何處去了， ∕那滿流著夏夜的香與熱的笛孔？ ∕秋天夢寐在牧羊女的眼裡。 上新詩課，談到何其芳〈秋天〉一詩有John Keats(濟慈)的影子。我說：借的好，叫做脫胎換骨；借的不好，叫做偷竊。我請學生評鑑一下，並請指出何其芳的西洋句法。突然，四五個學生大笑，大家都納悶，轉眼瞧著他們，只見學生吐出：西洋句，吸陽具，何其芳這老共還真猛！ 這群男學生心靜不下來了。既然如此，我說：三年前，有位南一中新生身材魁梧，剛進校園就 哄堂大笑。我發現有幾位學生卻是狐疑四望，摸不著頭緒，我想，1.他們是純潔的天使；2.他們反應慢，腦子無法及轉彎。再次聲明：課堂當時只是音聲，沒落文字，應該不涉及性騷擾吧！ To Autumn秋頌 John Keats 紫蓉 中譯 Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness 白霧與果實甘美的季節 Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun 與其知己–醇熟的太陽–共籌， Conspiring with him how to load and bless 該如何將果實託付，賜予 With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run; 攀登茅草屋檐的葡萄藤； To bend with apples the moss'd cottage-trees, 如何讓苔衣村樹果纍而垂臂， And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core; 並讓香熟穿透果實，直至果心； To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells 如何飽滿瓜果，以香甜的果仁 With a sweet kernel; to set budding more, 鼓脹榛果的外殼；如何滋長花苞， And still more, later flowers for the bees, 綻為晚秋花蕊，好讓蜂群 Until they think warm days will never cease, 誤以為溫煦之日永無終止， For Summer has o'er-brimm'd their clammy cells. 夏日已滿溢了滑膩的蜂巢。 Who hath not seen thee oft amid thy store? 誰不頻頻見你於你的豐碩？ Sometimes whoever seeks abroad may find 時而，遠望探尋之人 Thee sitting careless on a granary floor, 倏見你無慮地於穀場憩坐， Thy hair soft-lifted by the winnowing wind; 你的髮輕揚於簸穀的風； Or on a half-reap'd furrow sound asleep, 或者，熟眠於收割未竟的犁溝， Drows'd with the fume of poppies, while thy hook 沉薰於罌粟的香氣，你的鐮刀 Spares the next swath and all its twined flowers: 暫歇了揮舞，暫留了花蕊交錯： And sometimes like a gleaner thou dost keep 時而，以拾穗者之姿，你於溪畔 Steady thy laden head across a brook; 果實纍纍地穩穩垂頭； Or by a cider-press, with patient look, 或於榨果架旁，一鐘點又一鐘點地 Thou watchest the last oozings hours by hours. 耐心凝望最後一滴汁液徐徐滲流。 Where are the songs of Spring?
