做為今日的第一班；從台南到嘉義，過程中最喜歡的就是在北部看不見的人情味。逐漸往嘉義走，我們經過了一段非常熱鬧的區域，那裡車來車往，顯得騎腳踏車的我們十分渺小，但駕駛員以及坐在車上的人們會搖下窗戶給我們加油，這讓原本沒有安全感的我們感到十分安心。進入市區後，車流量多了起來，但慶幸的是，駕駛們總是會先讓我們通過，也會注意避免太靠近我們，這樣貼心的舉動，讓我們的心裡流過一股暖流，也多了一分對台灣人情味的感謝。

今天最印象深刻的莫過於最後一段路，因為我們的休息時間特別長，要出發時身體都已經冷掉了。雖然身體疲憊，內心卻期待著逛夜市。熱血的心使大家更團結、更有活力的喊出口號。

也因環台活動來到第八天，有同學說道：「最感到挫折的點是上坡問題，我的大腿肌群和膝蓋累積下來的痠痛，沒辦法讓我有足夠的力氣上山、爬坡，導致我騎車很辛苦、很累。然而，就是同學的加油，才使我更有力氣、更有信心。」

最後，在這次環台的過程中，我們學到了如何在一個團隊中互相扶持，並且互相加油打氣，幫助所有人達到目標。譬如說，在有同伴有困難騎乘時，我們發現同伴們的加油打氣是幫助同學繼續前進。 另外我們也學到了在團隊合作中不能永遠依靠隊友，像在傳遞口號時，需要所有人一起合作才能將口號確實傳達。

Being the first class of today’s ride, we admire the cultural ambience and atmosphere of Southern Taiwan the most. We received tons of encouragement and cheers from unknown car drivers, which prompted our sense of safety. After entering the central city of Tainan, the amount of cars increased, however, most drivers allow us to go first, in order to avoid car crashes. This kind of heart warming behaviors significantly warmed our hearts and we appreciate this kind of social atmosphere a lot.

The most impressive thing today is the last part of the journey because our rest time is so long that our bodies are already cold when we are about to set off. Although we are physically exhausted, inwardly I look forward to visiting the night market. Our passionate hearts make everyone more united and more energetic to shout slogans.

One of the major setbacks was the ability of my lower extremities. The regions of my thighs, calves, and knees did not have enough power output to climb hills and get over challenging slopes, thus causing me extreme fatigue, pain, and inquietude. However, I believe the biggest factor was the collective support of my classmates and the exquisite morsel of snacks at each rest stop. These elements provided me with strength and confidence in my ability to overcome the hardships I have encountered, allowing me to mount inclines with courage.

During this cycling trip, we learned how to support each other as a team, cheer each other up when our classmates are tired, and assist each other to achieve our goal. For example, when a classmate is having difficulties riding the bicycle, we realized that each other’s cheering and caring is the reason to keep us going. Also, we learned that we can’t always rely on our classmates, like when passing down the callouts, all of us have to help to pass them. It can’t be the few students that are passing down the callouts all the time; we need everyone to work together to ensure everybody’s safety.
