你的本命區（前鎮小港）的5號，市議員候選人張藝璉敬上 Dear Mr. Lai Ju-lung（ 賴瑞隆 ）, Candidate No. 5 for Kaohsiung Mayor, Please publicly state that you support anti-bullying in schools, and share your concrete plans to address it. When we talk about school bullying, it is not just students who might get bullied. Teachers can be victims too, and administrative staff on campus can also face workplace bullying. Even principals and directors—who hold higher positions—are not completely safe from being victims. Therefore, anyone on campus could potentially become a victim, as well as a bully. Since you are running for mayor to lead the Kaohsiung City Government, how do you plan to completely stop all kinds of school bullying in our city? Also, what actions has Mayor Chen Chi-mai（陳其邁） and his team taken that you could learn from and refer to in the future? The recent controversy involving Teacher Lin Jin-ru（林晉如） and Principal You Bo-fen（游柏芬） at Gangshan Elementary School（岡山國小）, along with the obvious split and ongoing arguments between Kaohsiungs two major teachers unions（教師工會）, is clearly bad for our education system. As a mayoral candidate, how do you plan to settle these disputes and bring stability back?
