How To Get Less Mail From Marketers

To decide what types of mail you do and don’t want from marketers, register at the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) consumer website DMAchoice.org, and choose what catalogs, magazine offers, and other mail you want to get. DMAchoice will stop most, but not all, promotional mail. You’ll have to pay a $4 processing fee, and your registration will last for 10 years.....

--the question is how do i know tons fraud emails were sent by DMA listing companies? if i pay $4 will stop those unknown senders totally?
Att-yahoo provides 3 block senders domain which i added .SHOP but no use the Shelia-type maniac sender(s) can run away. in the end cant but learn filters(allow 500, i use 11) works 1-2 weeks (same as MS tried to disable any free embded in the end all failed) today received lots again. i also block senders email address but Shelia-type senders still can run away. such as received 8 - 2 duplicated = 6 but 4/6 didnt succeed added in att-yahoo blocked addresses listing. i cant see how DMA can help.

today i cant but get a data breach report from malwarebytes "By submitting your information you agree to receive marketing emails and agree to Malwarebytes Terms of Service and Privacy Policy." which shows some different report from monitor firefox. i dont know how many more different companies i need to get data breach reports to solve the puzzle that in 2022 our email address and other informations exposed in dark web and why never received any data breach companies (including in firefox and malwarebytes reports) alert emails but malwarebytes report showed "not exposed on ATT(data breach)".

similar cases will $4 include malwarebytes send marketing emails? those can opt out companies i already did, any receive survey-type new emails (just received Dupage County survey email) i ignored so can reduce the company/government data breach impact on me in the future.

before to pay $4 can verify today i received tons fraud adv emails senders such as: hello@olemiss.edu, postmaster@apus.edu, events@calpoly.edu, amnews@stmarytx.edu, reply@rte.com.br, reply@cuhk.edu.hk, help@rte.com.br, reply@wasteprousa.com, hickoryfarms@vaillant-group.com ...are they sent from malwarebytes marketing emails or the (no relation to us at all) bastard schools union related or even att-yahoo...? do those companies/individuals or schools union including their associated telemarket adv in DMA listing? will DMA add more in listing within 10 years period? how do i know DMA reduce our fraud emails in stead works few days then tons fraud emails happen again?

no wonder whenever some unknown(no related to us) companies cant opt out but offer DMA opt out link which most showing "(opt out)temporary not available". how DMA listing companies got our email address from our related such as MS, firefox, banks & credit cards, utilities companies, internet & emails providers, governments websites, investment companies, ...or unknown companies data breach (such as DANIweb, DriveSure, ClearVoice Surveys, Trikbot(banking trojan) Spam List, Gravatar, iMenu360)? who sold our info to DMA listing companies and data breach unknown companies ?

ps 6/6/2024 just opt out notification emails by called 8663654968 our case Victim Identification Number (VIN) 6144596 Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4xxxa opt out (global 1 criminal ANDREW LEDBETTER) notification sent from https://www.notify.usdoj.gov/LoginController by https://www.justice.gov/criminal/criminal-vns

ps DMA listing companies : (my data files were malicious deleted after MS updated then next day removed in 2024 Apr?), have to find and retry if still the same version i tried several times before.
