摘要
二○二四年四月廿八日週日，我們最慈悲的清海無上師（純素者）從她密集的打坐閉關中親切地撥出時間，向所有協助拯救世界的人表達她的感謝。

師父還解釋了人們應了解的三種師父，闡述了氣候變遷和各種疾病的原因，並直接向那些自由受限國家的領導政府發表了談話。

如果你相信你的任何一位老師、你的師父，請愛他們、尊敬他們、支持他們，並盡你所能地真正善待他們。

至少在你的思想中、在你的心中，或者也轉化為你的行動，幫助你的老師或師父完成他們崇高的任務。

有三種師父。

第一種是能夠在靈性上幫助你、加持你的人。

因此，這樣的加持也會對你的日常生活帶來極大的影響，它會提高你的智力，幫助你理財，幫助你改善人際關係，在很多你不知道的方面幫助你。［…］

即使我們失去了這個星球，失去我們擁有的一切，我們也只能自責。

我希望我們不必面對這種巨大的悲劇，但誰知道呢，誰知道呢？

以及宇宙中所有明師、所有高貴和高等的眾生幫助我們。但如果我們的業障太沉重，我們無法做太多；他們也無法做太多。甚至是最偉大的明師，甚至上帝也做不了太多。事物必須按照它們的結構和機制自然發展。［…］

我在這裡也衷心地問那些大國的政府、有權勢的大人物：我們做了什麼？

我的徒弟們做了什麼，要以任何方式受到騷擾、威脅、限制、圍困或阻礙，以任何方式被逮捕或監禁？我們傷害了你們什麼？

我們只是想拯救地球。這也是你們的星球。我們只是想讓世界變成一個更美好的地方：更守法的公民；更溫柔、更可愛、更有助益的公民。這對你們的政府也是最好的。

這樣你們就不必跟壞人打交道了。也不會有罪犯要應對。為什麼？為何要騷擾我們？［…］

這不是正確的治理方式。好好想想吧！別再胡作非為，別再為自己和貴國造惡業了。

上帝會獎賞好人、好國家，上帝也同樣會懲罰那些在這個星球或任何地方違背宇宙的法則、善良的原則、違背跟他人和其他眾生相處的高尚方式的人和國家。

請記住這一點！你不必相信我，只需按邏輯思考。無論你做什麼，都會有後果。善行必將帶來善果，無論你知道與否。

惡行必將帶來惡果，不管你知道還是不知道，而且遲早會來。［…］

On Sunday, April 28, 2024, our Most Compassionate Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) kindly took time from Her intensive meditation retreat to express Her appreciation to everyone who assists in rescuing the world. Master also explained the three types of Masters that people should know about, expanded on the cause of climate change and diseases, and directly addressed those leading governments of countries where freedoms are restricted.

And if you believe in any of your Teachers, your Masters, please love Them, respect Them, support Them, and be really, really kind to Them, as much as you can. At least in your thoughts, in your mind, or it will translate into your actions as well, to help your Teacher or your Master in Their noble task. There are three types of Masters. The first type is the one who can help you and bless you, spiritually. And thus, that blessing will also greatly influence your daily life, boost your intelligence, help you in financial management, help you in relationship improvement, help you in many ways that you don’t even know [about]. And even if we lose this planet, lose everything we have, we can only blame ourselves. I hope we won’t have to face this drastic tragedy, but who knows, who knows? We all do our best, but it’s not enough yet. I’m just hopeful and prayerful and trust in God and all the Masters and all the Noble and High Beings in the Universe to help us. But if our karma is too heavy, we can’t do much; They cannot do much. Even the greatest Master, even God cannot do much. Things have to take their course according to their construction, their mechanism. […]

And I am asking also here with all my heart those governments, big, powerful people in big countries: What have we done? What have my disciples done to deserve to be harassed, to be threatened, to be limited, to be hemmed in or hampered in any way, and to be arrested, or to be jailed in any kind of way? What harm have we done to you? We only try to save the planet. It is your planet also. We only try to make the world a better place: more law-abiding citizens; more gentle, more sweet, more helpful citizens. It will also be the best for your government. Then you don’t have to have bad people to deal with. You won’t have criminals to deal with. Why? Why do you harass us? […]

This is not a proper way to govern. Think about it and stop all that nonsense and bad karma for yourself and for your country. As much as God will reward good people, good countries, more so God will punish those people, those countries who go against the Principle of the Universe, the good principle, the noble way of dealing with each other and other beings on this planet or anywhere. Please remember that. You don’t have to believe me. Just think logically. Whatever you do will have a consequence. Good deeds will bring good consequences, whether you know it or not. Bad deeds will have bad consequences, knowing or not knowing, and will come sooner or later. […]

我們修行有兩面；一邊就是物質的，一邊就是靈性。

物質也是要照顧。因為如果沒有身體，或是身體不健康，我們修行比較困難。

所以吃剛好，剛好。

我跟你們講坦白，很多東西我們吃了，當然是素食，全素的，不過還是有一些毒的。毒，因為我們世界已經被毒很久了。

第一：水啊、地啊、空氣啊！都有一點污染，知道喔。那個是第一。
第二：它們本身會有一點毒，很少啦！很少啦。
不過因為我們累年一直吃，所以身體有時候會過敏。
那知道哪一個過敏，就免了。吃少一點，或是最好免了。
我們即使吃了那個...習慣而已。
習慣的好吃，所以比較喜歡吃。對啦！

吃飯也是好的，不是不好。
修行的人不一定是要通通不吃的。
就是因為我們吃飯，就會有交換因果跟業障，了解嗎？
福報啊！所以很多明師他們都吃飯、吃菜。
因為一碗飯有菜是多麼功勞在裡面。是嗎？還有那個農夫種菜，然後雨神、太陽神、風神，都有幫助的。連蚯蚓，還有蜜蜂，還有蒼蠅，所有…很多動物，很多眾生都會幫助給我們這碗飯的。
聽懂嗎？就幫助。不是農夫而已，然後買賣的人，中間的人，了解嗎？然後...銀行、開車的人、帶菜來我們的地方、帶飯來我們地方，還有買賣的人、生意人物、開店，冒險他們的錢為了開店，做買賣、做生意。
然後我們自己本人也要開車。開車是很多人弄那部車的。
還有油，加油才能走。
不然用電也是一樣，也是很多功勞，有關很多人。
那些人，如果我們修行得好，即使我們有付錢清楚，不過還是得到我們一點分享的福報。

所以吃飯不是說不好。不用罪惡感。
喜歡吃就吃，就是剛好，吃剛好。
不要吃太多。吃太多的話，也是障礙我們修行。
然後我們頭腦想不通，想不清楚。想休息。（台語）

很多明師為了這樣子才吃飯、吃菜的。
不然他們根本不用吃也沒關係。
我早在紐約以前，很早，三十年多以前，已經不吃了很久一陣子很久。
大家很擔心，跑來跑去問：「你會不會死啊？」
我說：「不會的，不會的。」後來太吵了，所以再吃。
吃第一口那個，哇！很像吃乾的草一樣！
根本沒有任何味道，沒有口味。
然後吃也吃這樣而已，就沒有什麼…沒什麼那種欣賞的感覺。
然後，後來慢慢...慢慢...慢慢來，就那個口味再回來了。
然後大家都一起吃了，就有多口味。
然後就說：「那算了，繼續吃了。」

There are two aspects of our spiritual practice; one is physical and one is spiritual. We should take care of the physical aspect, too. Without the body, or if we’re not healthy, it’s difficult to practice. So eat just enough.

I tell you honestly, many things we eat, even though they’re vegan, still contain a certain amount of toxin. It’s because our world has been contaminated for a long time. The water, the soil and the air are all more or less contaminated. You know it. This is number one. Number two: All foods have a little toxin inside. After eating them over the years, our body will become allergic. So if you’re allergic to certain foods, don’t eat them. Or eat less, but the best is to stop eating them. Actually we eat them out of habit. We’re used to them, and that’s why we like to eat them.

It’s good to eat. It’s not that it’s not good. We spiritual practitioners don’t have to stop eating. When we eat food, we exchange karma and merit with others. That’s why many Masters eat rice and vegetables. It’s because producing a bowl of rice and vegetables involves a lot of effort. The farmers planted them, and then the rain god, Sun god and wind god helped them. Even the earthworms, bees, and even flies, and many other animals and sentient beings worked to make a bowl of rice for us. Not only farmers, but there are also business people, middlemen, etc. And the banks and the drivers who transported the food to our place. There are also business people, shop owners, who risk their money to keep their shops or businesses running. Also, we have to drive. Our cars are manufactured by a lot of people. Cars need gas to run. Even an electric car takes a lot of effort to build, and it involves a lot of people. If we practice well, we can share some of our merits with those people, even though we’ve already paid them with money.

So, I’m not saying that eating food is not good. Don’t feel guilty. If you like to eat, then eat, but take just enough. Don’t overeat. Eating too much will obstruct our practice. We won’t be able to think well, or think clearly. We’ll want to rest.

It’s for the exchange that many Masters eat food. Otherwise, they don’t need to eat at all. About 30 years ago, when I was in New York, I stopped eating for a long period of time. Many people were worried, and they kept asking me, “Are you going to die?” I said, “No, I won’t die.” Later they made too much fuss, so I resumed eating. When I took the first bite, wow, it was like eating straw! It was tasteless. I had no appetite at all. I just ate without any sense of enjoyment. Then slowly, slowly, my sense of taste returned. Then I joined other people to eat and had a better appetite. So I gave up fasting and continued to eat.

凡事不由人,難以一心與人生抗衡!人的壽命有多長,運氣是否長久,取決於這三個天意!很多人不知道！

曹雪芹在《紅樓夢》中寫道:"當局者迷,失之你命!生前心碎,死後空靈;富家太平,終有一家,家散;這是浪費時間,而且是半條命的心臟;晚上就像做夢一樣;忽如一樓倒,忽如一燈滅;啊!一喜一悲;嘆世道難定!”

意思是,若你想盡辦法變聰明,你會失去你的生命;生前玩弄政治導致精疲力盡,死而後已,也反映了這種精神;本來期望家財萬貫,人口太平,最後落了個家散,落荒而逃;我花了半輩子試圖,浪費我的心,徒勞無功!

就像一場漫長的夢;好像胡拉大樓塌了,好像黑油燈滅了;一種喜悅突然從悲傷變成痛苦;天下禍福終究難定!

南宋顏延之對何恆陽達自然說的解讀中說:福樂不應生於他,毀之則無福!

人的長壽和運氣,其實不是由當事人決定的,而是由上帝決定的;正所謂凡事不由人,難與人生同心。人的壽命有多長,運氣是否長久,取決於這三個「天意」。

第一,盛與衰福樂不應生於他,毀之則無福!的過程，到了哪一步;著名清代歷史學家費正清曾評價說:“清朝是傳統中國的最高峰和最低谷;” 從滿族自身的發展來看,這個原本只有幾萬人的民族,能夠崛起於東北,走向全國,統治幾億人,建立起一個近三百年來歷史上空前疆域和鞏固的國家,無疑是一個偉大的奇蹟。

就中國的歷史發展而言,清朝不僅不如以往任何一個朝代,而且有很大的發展;尤其是從中國多元一體的國家格局和領土發展的角度來看,更是可圈可點;

然而,即使是這樣一個偉大的王朝,在一個女人的統治下,在經歷了中國歷史上最不幸,最混亂,最衰落和最深刻變化的最後47年後,也趨於滅亡!

這個世界上最無能為力的事情就是將軍快死了,美女禿頭;無數事實證明,當一件事情發展到極致,下一步一定會走向它的反面;所謂物極必反,繁華必然衰敗;就像,世間萬物,月盈月虧,水漲船高,繁華必衰,物極必反,智慧必傷,愛情不長久,陰陽變,盈必衰;這是法則,也是事實。

無論是國家還是個人,都在遵循自己的命運;正所謂成敗在此一舉,得失難衡量;康龍有悔,望月有乏;如果他高興極了,他會哭,如果他高興了,他會難過;這是天堂;無論一個朝代,一個人最好的發展,就是正確對待自己人生起起伏伏的過程,不強求,不奔跑,順其自然才是圓滿。

第二,此生使命是否完成;每個人的使命都不一樣;沒有人能置身事外,從諸侯到諸侯再到卒;所謂「十命九命,命不同」就是如此;一位禪師曾經說過,人是要來來去去的;來,因為紅塵中有我們自己的命運,我們需要跟隨命運的指引去完成我們的使命;去吧,因為紅塵中的使命已經完成,我們也該悄悄離開了...

縱觀歷史,我們會發現,大多數人在完成使命後,都隨風而逝了...

生在這個世界的每人,我們都是演員和觀眾,人人都有自己的使命,責任,和人生軌跡;順著心一路走下去,不要太執著於沿途的風景,不要太在意名利,也不要太在意別人的眼光;

坦然地生活,心甘情願地付出,春來賞花,秋來觀景,世界上總有一朵花,會為你綻放;世界上總有一種感情會為你保留;世界上總有一個人值得你去愛。

人生就像一場戲,無論我們是以華麗的姿態出現,還是以悲傷的方式結束,在戲裡戲外,在舞台上戲外,我們都是演員和觀眾。

無論如何,他們都在履行自己的使命,不急不躁,無風無水,沒有耐心等紅綠燈,只要最後能無怨無悔地對自己說:我來過這個世界,就夠了!
