The Little Cup

有一天，艾咪在桌邊吃早餐，她到處看了看，沒有看到她的小杯杯，艾咪都是用那個小杯杯喝牛奶的。

One day, Amy was eating breakfast by the desk. She looked around and didn’t see her little cup. Amy always used that little cup drinking milk.

艾咪問：「我的小杯杯呢？」媽咪說：「我剛剛才看到啊。」艾咪看向窗外，喊了出來：「小杯杯在街上跑耶～」爸比笑著說：「別傻了，小杯杯不會跑。」媽咪也笑了。

“Where is my little cup?” asked Amy. “I just saw it.” Said Mommy. Amy look out of the window and yelled, “The little cup is running in the street!” “Don’t be silly. The little cup cannot run.” Said Daddy with smile. Mommy laughed too.

艾咪指著外面：「真的！你們看！」爸比媽咪看著街上，笑不出來了。他們真的看見小杯杯在街上快速地移動著！媽咪說：「快把它帶回來！是我們在蜜月旅行的時候買的。」爸比和媽咪跑了出去，可是小杯杯已經不見了。

“Really! You see!” Amy pointed outside. Daddy and Mommy looked at the street and stopped smiling. They really saw that little cup moving rapidly in the street! “Get it back quickly! We bought it in our honey moon journey.” Said Mommy. Daddy and Mommy ran outside but the little cup already disappeared.

你猜是怎麼一回事？原來小杯杯想要出去逛一逛，看看風景啊！小杯杯自言自語地說說又唱唱：「這是旅行的好日子喔！（曲調 – 我愛吹口哨）我要去走走，快樂地去走走，看這美麗世界，啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦！」小杯杯跳啊唱啊，直到一位警察要它停下來。

You know what happened? The little cup wanted to go around for sight-seeing! The little cup talked and sang by itself. “It’s a nice day for travelling! (singing with the tone-我愛吹口哨” I’m happy to go, go to see the world, such a beautiful world. La La La La La La La La La!” The little cup jumped and singing till a policeman stopped it.

「對不起，你是誰？你要去哪裡？」「我是小杯杯，我要去逛一逛，看看這世界。」

「嗯，好吧，我想沒有任何規定禁止一個杯子到處逛逛。」「好極了！謝謝你。我可以知道你是誰嗎？」

「我是警察伯伯 ㄅㄟ ㄅㄟ。」「哇，好開心認識你，我是小杯杯，你是警察伯伯，我們有一點像耶，我們來交個朋友，好嗎？」「好啊，我喜歡。」他們相互握握手。

“Excuse me. Who are you and where are you going?” “I’m little cup and I want to walk around and see the world.”

“Well, all right. I think there’s no any rule to prohibit a cup to walk around.” “Great! Thank you. May I know who are you?” “I’m a cop.” “Wow, nice to meet you. I’m a cup and you’re a cop. 「嗯，好高興和你做朋友喔，你知道我可以在哪裡遇到更多新朋友呢？」「ㄜ～那裡有一個跳蚤市場，我想你在那裡會遇到一大堆杯子。」「太謝謝你了，很開心遇到你耶，再見囉！」

“Well, it’s so nice to make a friend. Do you know where I can meet more new friends?” “Well, there’s flea market over there. I think you’ll meet a lot of cups there.” “Thank you so much, Cop. Nice to meet you. Bye!”

在此同時，艾咪和爸比、媽咪一直跑啊跑地找小杯杯。爸比說：「它只是一個小杯杯，它不會跑很遠的。」

At the same time, Amy’s Daddy and Mommy continued running and running, looking for the little cup. “It’s just a little cup, it can’t run very far.” said Daddy.

Meanwhile, the little cup reached the flea market. It saw a lot of desks, chairs, plates, forks and…, “Cups!” the little cup jumped excitedly and said hello to all cups, “Hi~ All little cups, my friends.” Those shiny cups inlaid with gold looked down the little cup, “Come on. Don’t be so childish. All right? We’re so noble, we’re different from you, don’t you see?!”

就在那時，一位小女孩來買杯子，可是她只有三個硬幣。老闆搖搖手，說：「我所有杯子都很貴哦。」小女孩覺得好失望哦：「我爸爸要去一個很遠的地方旅行，我想為他準備一個禮物」。小杯杯大聲喊著：「沒問題，我不要錢，你可以帶我回家。」所以囉，小女孩快樂地帶著小杯杯回家了。

Just at that time, a little girl came to buy a cup but she had only 3 coins. The boss waved hand and said, “All my cups are very expensive.” The little girl felt so disappointed. “My daddy is going to travel to a far place. I hope to prepare a gift for him.” The little cup shouted loudly, “No problem. I’m free. You may take me home.” So, the little girl took the little cup back home happily.

那麼艾咪和她爸比、媽咪怎麼了呢？他們到處繞來繞去找小杯杯，最好他們放棄了。他們完全搞不懂小杯杯到底去哪裡了？

And how about Amy and her daddy, mommy? They walked around and around to look for the little cup and finally they gave up. They totally couldn’t understand where on earth did the little cup go?

有一天早晨，艾咪和爸比、媽咪一邊吃早餐，一邊專心看著電視，有一個非常重要的實況轉播，是關於太空船正在登陸火星，這將是太空人第一次和火星人會面！

One day morning, Amy and Daddy, Mommy ate breakfast and concentrated on watching TV. There’s a very important live report about the spaceship landing on Mars. It would be the first time the astronauts meeting the Martians!

現在，太空人走出太空船了，火星人來歡迎他們。首先是交換禮物，有一位太空人送給火星人一個杯子。火星人問：「這是什麼？」小杯杯回答：「我是小杯杯。」

Now, astronauts had walked out from the spaceship and Martians came to welcome them. The first thing was exchanging gifts. One astronaut gave a cup to Martian. Martian asked, “What’s this?” “I’m a little cup.” The little cup replied.

艾咪、爸比和媽咪全部在電視前跳了起來！艾咪大喊：「我的天啊，我的小杯杯耶，它在火星上！」嘿，這是怎麼一回事啊？原來啊，帶小杯杯回家的小女孩就是這位太空人的女兒。她為她爸爸準備禮物，而她爸爸，這位太空人將這禮物 – 小杯杯送給火星人了！

Amy, Daddy and Mommy all jumped up in front of TV! “Oh my God, My little cup! It’s on the Mars!” Amy yelled. Hey, what’s all this about? Actually, because the little girl who took the little cup back home is the astronaut’s daughter. She prepared this gift for her father and her father, the astronaut, gave this gift, the little cup, to Martian!
