哪來這麼多客戶的抱怨?

我們已經不賣產品了,我們專接抱怨電話。

對話內容:

Sales:My division is about to lay off people, I wonder if I can apply for a job in your division?

業務員:我的部門將要裁員了,我能在你的部門找到工作嗎?

Mgr:You are welcome. As a matter of fact, we are looking for someone who is hardworking and smart like you.

經理:歡迎!事實上,我們正在尋找像你這樣既精明又努力的人。

Sales:Really, that is great! I cant wait to apply. What are the job qualifications, and what kind of jobs your division is opening?

業務員:真的?那太好了!我迫不及待想申請。工作資格為何,有何工作提供呢?

Mgr:The qualifications are: you have to be healthy, a good listener, and always put customers first.

經理:工作資格是:你必須健康,而且永遠把顧客擺第一位。

Sales:I think I am, I am excited.

業務員:我辦得到,好興奮啊!

Mgr:Well, the reason you have to be healthy, is because you have to work 16 hours a day.

經理:你必須健康的原因,是你每天需工作16小時。

Sales:That is a lot! Is this the worst part of the job?

業務員:太多了吧!這是此工作最糟的部分嗎?

Mgr:That is not too bad. Another little thing is, you have to be on the phone all the time, to listen to all kind of complaints from the customers.

經理:那還不算糟。另一件小事,是你必須永遠在電話旁,傾聽所有顧客的抱怨。

Sales:Really, I thought we dont have much of sales, but why we have so many complaints.

業務員:真的!我以為我們賣不出去什麼產品,但為何還有這許多抱怨呢?

Mgr:You didnt know that yet? We cant sell any products anymore, so the boss has switched our business to complaints listening for our competitors.

經理:你還不知道嗎?就是賣不出什麼產品,所以老闆已將公司轉型為替競爭對手傾聽客戶抱怨的服務啦。
