1. No perfect timing
As long as you’re think you’re mature enough, follow your heart to do something to build your own business. There is no perfecting timing for everything. The most important thing is to have the courage to start. You plan accordingly. You need to create values for your customers or otherwise you’d better not start.
2. No fear of failure
In Israel, we encourage people to build their own businesses. What drive people to think so is because of the culture(Diversity: Israel is holy land, there are so many immigrants move there because of religious reason), strong social networking(intimate relationship among Israeli), institutional incentive(Government fuels innovation) and so on. Israeli encourage risk taking, even though you fail you can still learn something and implement it the next time.
3. Be you own boss
It’s about your own business. You have to be your own cheer leader because one will criticize you to make you better. You have to look inside your to discover your passion. Find out your advantages and know what makes you special? You need to consistently come up with strategies to create values for your employees and clients. I like challenges, I like my staffs to challenges me. I don’t wanna another me. I want diversity.
