１９７８年９月，瑞典熱門流行團體阿巴（ABBA）發行非專輯單曲［Summer Night City／夏夜城市］（Polar／Epic唱片出版）

由團員Benny Andersson＋Björn Ulvaeus譜寫

並製作成一首歐洲流行／迪斯可

旋律琅琅上口，節奏有驅動力，主唱詮釋有精神

這是在樂團即將發行的 ［Voulez-Vous／你想要嗎］ 專輯的籌備期間錄製，但最終沒有被收錄。

據報導，Agnetha一開始並不喜歡這首歌，因為她覺得“這不是 ABBA”，但後來逐漸喜歡上了它。

儘管 ABBA 對歌曲當時的形式感到失望，但他們還是不情願地決定在１９７８年９月將［Summer Night City］作為單曲發行。

ABBA對這張歌曲的矛盾心理偶爾會在採訪中浮現出來，Benny說“我們不應該發行那張唱片”，而Bjorn則稱這張唱片“真的很糟糕”。
