由英國直布羅陀著名詞曲家Albert Hammond（1944-）與荷蘭音樂人Albert West（1949-2015）組成

１９８６年  漢蒙＆魏斯特發行唯一的一張同名大碟［Hammond＆West］（CNR／K-tel出版） ,反應不錯．

由於兩人都是詞曲作家，大碟好歌不少．

其中的［A Love Song／一首情歌］由Albert Hammond＋K. Kitchen

由Jochem Fluitsma＋Eric Van Tijn製作成一首流行抒情曲

在中板的節奏間，Hammond＆West的詮釋帶感傷氛圍．

１９８９年末，在台灣發展的香港歌手曾慶瑜翻唱此曲，讓此曲再度引起注意．
