The following is a classical observation of the comparative laws among four European nations.
 
Under the law:
 
In Germany, everything is prohibited, except that which is permitted.
 
In France, everything is permitted, except that which is prohibited.
 
In the Soviet Union, everything is prohibited, including that which is permitted.
 
And in Italy, everything is permitted, especially that which is prohibited.
 
根據(各國)法律:
 
在德國, 除了法律所允許的, 皆不可行. 
 
在法國, 除了法律所禁止的, 皆可行. 
 
在俄國, 凡事皆不可行, 包括法律所允許的. 
 
在義大利, 凡事皆可行, 尤其是法律所禁止的.
