| 老鷹合唱團早期走的是鄉村搖滾風格，他們第二張專輯中的《Desperado》就是其中代表。《Desperado》講的是逃離法律約束的老西部故事，他們也藉此比喻自己的心境，以及他們身為搖滾樂者的生活方式。這首曲子的曲調蒼涼，代表了逃犯在窮途末路時的處境。 《Desperado》 Desperado, why don't you come to your senses?
