Recently two ridiculous gunshots happened in America and claimed two innocent lives. 

A Texas policewoman returned to her apartment with police gard and all equipments, but she entered a wrong room "by mistake" and found a black guy in "her" apartment.  So she drew her gun and shot the "intruder" dead.  The 31-years-old policewoman then was prosecuted for murder and was sentenced 10 years in prison.  Some protestors suspected she might be a racist, or might harbor personal rancor against the dead, an accountant, for some unknown reasons.

At the front door of his house in Florida, a 61-years-old father-in-law killed his son-in-law, who came faraway from Norway to give the old man an exaggerating birthday surprise by hiding into a thicket.  What the hell, did that old man always bring a gun to meet visitors at the front door?  Well, a Floridian prosecutor conducted NO suit against the old man at all.
