Subject is a monochrome movie that made its premiera at some theater of Taipei in 1967.  The whole story captured was an "incident" taking place within a closed cabin of an evening subway tram in New York.  The passengers were all taken and kidnapped like hostages in the cabin, being humiliated, bullied, even threated to death by two crazy thugs.  The arrogant and brutal thugs had only a small knife, but no one in the cabin dared fight against them, until....

The film contains no Chinese subtitles, so it might be a little hard for you guys to understand all the dialogues of the film.  But it is okay, for the shocking and thrilling storyline would bring you a powerfully visual and emotional effect.  Therefore I strongly recommend you guys to watch it at your leisure; it is worth your while.

P.S. A friend of mine sent me the film via LINE: Arthur, thanks.  The movie reminds me of the Zheng Jie Incident that happened in Taipei subway(MRT) a couple of years ago. You know, during 60s Taiwan had no subway at all. (New York had its subway systems as early as late 19th century.)  40 years later in 21st century when Taiwan finally had its own subway, the tragedy still occured in this modern, more advanced public transportation.  Therefore, I strongly espouse the security measures taken in the subways of China Mainland, though they may cause some inconveniences to the majority of nomal passengers in a generally abnormal society that lacking affinity among one another in regard to human relationship.
