智慧糕的製作 1. 150克 糯米泡一晚上 2. 海苔(Nori)5 張切細條 3. 糯米粉30g 4. 地瓜粉30g 5. 水150g 6. 芝麻粉少許(沒有也可) 1-6攪拌,再加 醬油 香菇粉 胡椒粉 香油 九層塔粉。自己酌量。 全部攪拌好 放入蒸40分鐘 放涼 切塊下去煎。 注:5片海苔是包壽司的海苔,本身已經有鹹度了,放醬油要少點。 Nori rice cake 1.
