I am happy to share with you a real story of how creativity can bring to reality. SOCCKET (soccer + socket) ball is a soccer ball that harnesses and stores energy from play for later use as portable power source in resource-poor areas. It is the flagship product of Uncharted Play, Incorporated. Jessica Lin, Julia Silverman, Jessica Matthews, Hemali Thakkar, who were at the time undergraduates at Harvard University, and Aviva Presser, who was a Harvard graduate student at the time, were the inventors listed on the initial patent. Prototypes of the ball first appeared in the media in early 2010. The mass-produced version of the ball is the brainchild of Uncharted Play, Inc.--a social enterprise founded by two of the original inventors, Jessica O. Matthews and Julia C. Silverman.

And her single "Hello"in 2015 is the fastest YouTube video to reach 1 billion views.Not out of Adele 's expectations,after four years' rest,by the song of"Hello" Adele strongly and powerfully returned to Pop music.

People want new challenge and to move up to better things.

Positive Work Behaviors are key to moving up.

They can be simple as dressing nicely and being on time-every day. They also include doing the extra mile and covering someone's work when they are sick. Or volunteering to do a task no one enjoys.

Good characters of loyalty, reliability, consistency,sustainability, attitude of honesty,sincerity and concept of TEAM work are also very important.

It is necessary to acquire more knowledge and skills for getting ahead.
