Why? Why are there so many Holocaust films now? For whose benefit? What's the hidden agenda behind the big screen? A lot of people already knew what happened either by reading the history books or by watching the documentary films, but why do some specific group of people have to repeatedly tell all of us of that history by making similar movies based on that event over and over and over again? Interestingly, these movies were made about the same time when the world banking crisis loomed and when the Israeli troops launched massive attack on Gaza Strip, brutally killing many, many innocent and defenseless Palestinians and triggering a lot of backlash from international community. People from all over the world, after seeing what Israeli did to Palestinian people, started questioning the credibility of Holocaust, because what most people could see was that the Israelis, when facing the uprooted Palestinians, were so atrocious that make them look more like predators rather than victims.
