頭皮癢還脫皮3年好不了！醫一照驚見「螢光」 禍首竟是這習慣 三立新聞網

頭皮又癢又脫皮，換洗髮精甚至看過醫生都好不了，台大皮膚科醫師烏惟新分享曾有個案受此折磨約2至3年，結果一照就是頭癬，且竟然和常常上美髮院洗頭有關。

烏惟新在臉書發文指出，一位白髮蒼蒼的婦人，到門診表示頭皮又癢又脫皮，這症狀竟然已經折磨了她2至3年。

據她說，這期間看遍了許多診所，怎麼看都看不好，有醫生建議她洗針對頭皮的洗髮精，也沒有效，甚至還有醫生斷言她這個頭皮問題「永遠都不會好」，讓她非常氣餒。

烏惟新說，仔細端詳她頭皮，發現有些紅斑和丘疹，再考慮到她的年紀，腦中直覺閃過一個診斷，就是頭癬，不過奇妙的是，雖然病程長達2至3年，她的頭髮卻沒有明顯脫落，這點倒是有些不尋常。

烏惟新為了證實推論，請護理師拿來了頭癬「探測器」伍氏燈（Woods lamp）進行照射，沒想到燈光一照，那些紅疹處竟然沒有預期中的螢光反應，這讓她困惑了一下，因為她的臨床表現實在太像頭癬了，繼續在她的頭皮上仔細搜尋，結果就像「萬綠叢中一點紅」，居然被她發現了少數幾根頭髮，散發著明顯的螢光。

另外，烏惟新順口問了一句，「是不是常常去外面的美髮院洗頭？」畢竟這類型的頭癬，很多都是在美髮院剪髮或洗頭時被傳染的。

阿嬤點點頭說，「對啊」，還說美髮院裡有好幾個客人也有類似的症狀。 烏惟新指出，這下謎底解開，大概是她過去一直有在使用抗黴菌洗髮精，才導致螢光反應變得如此隱密，這下終於能斬釘截鐵告訴她，這個是頭癬，治得好，不用擔心，不過因為是黴菌深入毛囊，必須配合吃2至3個月的口服藥才能根治。
