吃雞胸肉和花椰菜減肥 女網紅「胰臟全爛」險亡！醫嘆：一堆人錯了

以為多吃水煮餐就能健康？這起案例可要注意。

一名中國女網紅為追求快速瘦身，在半年內採用「水煮雞胸肉加花椰菜」的單一飲食法。然而，這種錯誤方式並未帶來健康，反而害她劇烈腹痛，送醫後竟被診斷出胰臟大面積壞死，差點喪命！

低脂水煮餐為何會引發急性胰腺炎？ 根據陸媒《起點新聞》指出，25歲的中國女網紅為急性腹痛，到西安人民醫院求診，醫師一查發現竟是急性胰腺炎，胰臟大面積壞死，差點喪命。

一問之下，才發現女網紅為了想快速減肥，半年內天天只吃水煮雞胸肉、花椰菜，還戒斷碳水油脂。

醫師表示，女網紅這種「低脂飲食法」會讓胰液淤積，一旦胰蛋白酶原在胰腺內異常分泌，就會「自己消化自己」，引發急性胰腺炎，更強調健康減肥的核心是熱量赤字和代謝穩定，不是吃越少越好！

傷害胰臟的「4種NG飲食」 事實上，急性胰腺炎相當危險，重度死亡率更高達30％！

韓國中醫師鄭世妍表示，高油高糖最傷胰臟，也列出4種NG飲食：

1.薯條（馬鈴薯）

2.腸類料理（豬大腸等）

3.加工肉類（火腿、培根）

4.紅肉

菸酒也要避免？ 鄭世妍補充，抽菸會吸入亞硝基化合物，會損壞胰臟；「酒精」則導致消化液在腺泡細胞提前活性化，進而分解胰臟細胞，一下喝太多會導致急性胰臟發炎，更指出慢性胰臟炎患者有80％都長期飲酒。因此，想避免胰臟炎，除了健康飲食，也要遠離菸酒！
