假登山真賞櫻？武陵櫻花季10支登山隊涉違規 最慘下場曝

[周刊王CTWANT] 每年武陵櫻花季總是吸引大批遊客前往賞花，為了控制人流，雪霸國家公園管理處實施交通管制。

不料，近日傳出有10支登山隊伍以「登山住宿」為由申請通行證，卻臨時更改為當日往返，疑藉登山之名行賞櫻之實。

今年的武陵櫻花季於2月8日至2月29日登場，許多遊客都想上山欣賞大片櫻花盛開的美景，雪霸處針對需由武陵農場進出的「多日行程」登山客，核發車輛通行證，讓有需要的民眾能開車進入武陵農場，並將車輛停放在雪山登山口或武陵山莊停車場。

據雪霸處統計，櫻花季期間共有10支登山隊伍原本申請多日行程，卻改為單日往返，疑似以登山名義申請入園賞櫻。

對此，雪霸處訂有特別裁處規定，若是民眾於櫻花季期間，藉山屋營地申請車輛通行證，實際卻未入住或取消入園後仍持原核發通行證入園者，首次違規處新台幣1500元罰鍰，第2次以上處3000元罰鍰，並停止違規者入園資格3年。

雪霸處表示，先前的違規者通常都以身體不適、提早下山為由申請免罰，對於這次櫻花季期間違規的10支登山隊伍，將彙整好資料後通知當事人陳述，並要求提供佐證資料後再進行裁處。
