1. in a large skillet, fry onion over medium heat until soft, stir in ground beef cook until lightly brown, then stir in corn cook for few minutes. Drain off fat.

2. Mix water and seasoning mix, pour over meat mixture, bring to boil.

3. Reduce heat to medium and gently cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.

4. Pour the meat mixture into 2L casserole dish,then spread the mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture.

5. Bake the pie in preheated 400F (200C)oven for 25minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
