Spaghetti and Meatball Sauce

1.Mix ground beef with some black pepper, salt and vegetable oil; combine the ingredients well, then make them into the bite-size meatballs. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet... bake them in preheated 350F oven for 20 minutes.

2.In a large sauce pan saute 1chopped onion and 3 clove of crushed garlic in 2 table spoon of olive oil over medium heat until the onion is translucent. Then stir in the meatballs.

3. Stir in some chopped mushrooms, cook until the mushrooms are soft.

4. Open a can of pasta sauce, stir in the pasta sauce, 1 bay leaf, some dry oregano,and dry basil, cover and simmer over the low heat for 30 minutes. Don't forget to stir the sauce from time to time!

5. Serve the the spaghetti and meatball sauce with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

I didn't know you have to bake the meat balls. Thank you for the detailed instructions.  I love the smell of herbs, especially the basil. Bon Appetit!
