Apologize. It was a mistake for this article to show up in my blog. I took it down, and will keep it in my draft. I was so embarrassed when I realized people read it and even recommanded my note. My sincere apology for those who feel that I have wasted your time.

Posting a note on the internet?  Is it a acceptable thing?  I will need to find answer for that.  I will just keep some of the completed setences here. I wrote all those down for the future article that I might write regarding the attitude of immigrants. It was an un-polished, never been revised, non-logical, unorganized thoughts that I put together after I read the article 移民悲歌 from 舊金山天秤女金芭莉. 

I realized that there were so many things I could write and I should write about this topics, especially after reaing some notes, like "好心酸", 美國是大家夢想的移民天堂, 到了以後才知是地獄!".

It is our own choice to 移民. I was not saying that it is not challenging, but we should not expect people to feel sorry, or worry about ourselves. 美國是移民天堂, because you can get what you can get. Even, some time you can get even better than you can. That is why Super Lotto is part of the American culture. I won't deny it might feel mis-treated, but it is still your own choice about what job you want to work on.

The bottom line is supply and demand. This is a capitalism society. Everyone has the right to find a good fit for your employees and same for the employers. We do have a house keeper, and we believe it worked out really well. She bought her own senior apartment by herself. Now, she works only 4 hours per day, and stay in her own house.

At a job, we need to make sure we have what the employer need, and we can provide the unique value others can not, technical skills, business skills, discipline, or attitude. Everyone is unique. Otherwise, it is an unbalanced relationship, and abuse will occur. In recruiting, we emphasize over qualify and under-qualify equally, just to make sure both parties can benifit from this relationship.
