Those who wish to frame me up can always find coutless good excuses.欲加之罪,何患無辭 You know, I admire those kids' creativity and inferencing ability. It is pretty nice to know they are smart but they may not be wise. From my perspective, four-letter words can be "swear words" or "gentle words". How to change " Fuck" into" Book" is a process of learning " How to be polite and be cautious with one's own language" As for "Practice makes perfect", it depends on how we define the meaning of " perfect" It can be self-improvement step by step or self-progress gradually. I do believe" no one is perfect", but that is also the reason why we improve ourselves by learning and correcting our own mistakes through constant trials and errors. And that is also why it is so important to have some great teachers like you who can set up some positive and good examples for students and try all means to guide them back on the right track of politeness or proper manners. "Love" is four-letter words; "hate" is also four-letter words. " Good" is four-letter words; " "Suck" is also four-letter words. But only those wise people know the difference between positive four-letter words and negative four-letter words. Either being "Wise" or being a "Fool" lies in the four-letter words we choose to speak to express ourselves. Thanks for sharing this thought-provoking "four-letter words". How about changing " Don't say four-letter words" into " Be wise to say four-letter words"? How about changing" practice makes perfect" into " Practice upgrades you from A to A+" or " Practice makes you better than yesterday." |
