Stop" the shoulds." Due to the reason that " the shoulds" most of time come from others' expectations, demands or requests, telling you how you should behave or be! "Shoulds " mean you were wrong, you are wrong, or you will be wrong! They'll make you feel tense and nervous. Therefore, changing " the shoulds" to "coulds" is very important. From my perspective, "shoulds" mean I am forced to do it without willingness, self-drive or motivation. On the other hand, "coulds" mean I am capable of dealing with everything, I am willing to give it a try as well as I am active in doing instead of being forced by others or having no choices at all. I have to change " shoulds" into "coulds" now because I have the ability and I am responsible for my own decisions. I could do everything once I've made up my mind. I could .. I could.. I could... I could |
