The Land Of Ice And Snow 冰雪國度 (Stratovarius 芬蘭) Stratovarius成立於1984年，由三個來自芬蘭、赫爾辛基的三個年輕人組成，他們分別是鼓手兼主唱Tuomo Lassila，貝斯手John Vihervaauml以及吉他手Staffan Straaringahlman。在他們正式取名為Stratovarius之前這三人以Black Water的名字對外演出。
Stratovarius早期的音樂與如今差別甚大，在那個時候樂隊深受Black Sabbath和Ozzy Osbourne的影響，而吉他手Staffan為樂隊引進了古典音樂元素。隨後貝斯手John在84年年底離開樂隊為Jyrki Lentonen所取代，Jyrki先前與Timo Tolkki一起在一個名為Road Block的樂隊表演。
客觀感受一下，這不能算是首歌 ~ 只能算是 "段子" ~ 或許 是拿哪個古典或民謠 改編而來的吧 ... 可惜了，沒能完工，缺頭缺尾了 ~~~ 想要聽完整版 北歐悲壯音樂，還是要聽交響樂 "芬蘭頌" 最入味。。。
感受 北國 冰天雪地，漫漫長夜，海盜橫行，國土脆危的土地。。。 趕上 " 權力遊戲" game of thrones - HBO 美劇 符合情境 ... 魔戒 般的史詩，骯髒不堪的中世紀蠻族紀事，伴隨著歐洲古傳說"火龍"、"巨人"。。。改天再 一一介紹這部大戲，拿來檢視我們自己的生活吧~
