凌晨五點起床，要在6：15前爬到海拔3200公尺的彭丘（Poon Hill），看日出。 我一夜難眠，此時只想裹著髒被子，不想受罪了。 在房間凝望著窗外，心想：唉！不就是這道光嘛！ ( Poon Hill )

早餐後，動身下山，但是要先走一小時，登上海拔3200米的地方。 踏著深深的雪，在沒有路的山路裡緩緩移步而上，每一步都先踏實了才下第二步。 就這樣，往高處走了一個多小時，才開始平緩，但緊接著就是下山之路。 下山時，膝蓋是要承受很大的壓力，而且不能太慢，越慢越難下。 就這樣，撐著路上撿來的一段樹枝當手杖，上上下下的走向歸途。

中午時，走到塔大班尼（Tadapani）海拔2680米。 在這午餐，依然是：大蒜湯，混合蔬菜炒飯和炒麵。 飯後，上路！ 傍晚到達崗德陸（Ghandruk）海拔1939米，在此用晚餐及過夜。 
第二天，早餐依然如故。 八點動身，走向最後一天的路程，預計六小時可到達終點站。 也許是歸心似箭，又或許是最後的路程，我的腳步更加輕快。 
約在中午時分，就抵達了比瑞丹堤（Birethanti），在此享用午餐。 此地已開使可以找到汽車的蹤影，而挑夫或許已能體會到大夥的體力已差不多了。 於是雇了輛吉普車，以很合理的價格送我們到「博卡拉」（Pokhara）。 這樣可以省下了，要再走二小時到尼亞布（Nayapul）的路。 
搭上車，整個人像是洩了氣的皮球，全身的能量此時澈底的虛脫了。 從這到「博卡拉」（Pokhara）約一個半小時路程。 回到博卡拉的旅館，每個人第一件事就是痛痛快快的洗個澡。 似乎是想把過去幾天，沾黏在身上的汗水和塵土洗的乾乾淨淨。 洗完澡，我坐在陽台，慢慢的餟飲，享受這冰涼的啤酒的同時，並且告訴自己： 「絕對不會再來一次，因為，我不想看到這裡的窮苦」！ Desperado Desperado Eagles Desperado Why don't you come to your senses You've been out riding fences for so long now Oh, you're a hard one But I know that you've got your reasons These things that are pleasing you Can hurt you somehow Don't you draw the Queen of diamonds boy She'll beat you if she's able The Queen of hearts is always your best bet How it seems to me some fine things have been laid upon your table But you only want the ones you can't get Desperado Oh, you ain't getting no younger Your pain and your hunger They're driving you home Freedom, ah, freedom That's just some people talking Your prison is walking thru this world all alone Don't your feet get cold in the winter time The sky won't snow and the sun won't shine It's hard to tell the night time from the day You're losing all your highs and lows Ain't it funny how the feeling goes away Desperado Why don't you come to your senses Come down from your fences open the gate It may be raining But there's a rainbow above you You better let somebody love you You better let somebody love you Before it's too late |
