Getting to Plan B (B計劃)

* To assemble a workable business model, understand:
Revenue: who will buy and how often?
Gross Margin: how much revenue is left after paying costs?
Operating: what other fixed costs must you meet?
Working capital: how early can you get customers to pay?
Investment: how much do you need to spend up front?

* Revenue model: (1) resolving the problem customer has; (2) delivering customer delight;

* Gross margin model: (1) the spread; (2) your mix; (3) your strategy;

* Working Capital = Current Assets – Current Liabilities

*組建一個可行的商業模式,明白:
收入:誰掏錢和多常?
毛利率:在支付成本後剩下多少收入?
操作:還有什麼其他的固定費用?
營運資金:你如何早日使客戶支付?
投資:多少錢你需要花費?

*收入模式:(1)解決客戶的問題;(2)提供客戶滿意;

*毛利率模式:(1)蔓延;(2)您的組合;(3)你的戰略;

*營運資本 =流動資產 - 流動負債
