Ha... I also make soy milk myself! But mine is different from most people's soy milk...
First, I only buy the Organic Non genetic soy beans (both black and soy beans)
Then, soak them for hours... wash them... cook them in the rice cooker...
Blend them up in a blender, make them very fine like smoothies... either make them fresh everyday or just blend them all up at once...
Heat up in microwave or rice cooker, when wanna eat, just add some water to thin it out a little...
This way... I get to enjoy all the nutrients of the beans... and not to waste a bit! I dont add any sugar! I sometimes would just drink a big bowl of it for breakfast... have the carb, protein, and fat all in one bowl!
