有人曾發mail出去後, 被長官叫去打槍, 就是因為advise,  be advised, note, be noted

Please advise是作完了某件事要通知誰, 但很多人不寫us, 到底是要通知誰?

Please advise when the cargo delivered.

 而Please be advised 是請被通知.

Please be advised the closing time of the mentioned 2 vessels as below.

Please be noted that是請注意後面要談的是, 這個很清楚, 但Please note呢?

其實也是跟Please be noted一樣, 都是提醒收信人內容,

Please note there are no annual endorsement pages with the Short term  certificate as these were issued on 04.05.2012.

所有的問題就只是Please advise的後面, 你到底是被通知的, 或是該通知別人的? 弄得我都不喜歡用note跟advise了.
