           Seasonal from April~September. Off season

Living-in quarter: Either 3 beds room manger quarter or suite. 

Family with 2 or 3 kids is acceptable. School bus drop by services.
                   New UC Merced opened 2006 about 40 miles distance.

Contract: if qualified, minimun 2 year contract.
