為何法國女人都不胖,7個秘密告訴你

到法國出差數次,發現,法國女人的身材都棒的不得了,為何法    
國女人都不胖?為什麼?為什麼?這讓連吸空氣都很容易肥胖    
的我,實在太羨慕了!                                        
                                                            
這次,因為採訪法國沙龍保養品牌Odile Lecoin創辦人歐蒂蔻女    
士,終於解開我的迷惑。

歐蒂蔻女士我已經見了兩面,上一次是今年一月,感覺還很陌生    
,這次就有疑必問,一解我心中許多迷惑。                      
                                                            
歐蒂蔻女生已經六十了,但從背後看去,身材仍非常的好,跟他    
站在一起,我的臉比她大、肚子也比她凸,腿就更不用說了        
......。(極度沮喪)                                                    
                                                            
她最喜歡每天散步,白天半小時、黃昏一小時,我問她,身材醬    
棒,每次散步一定跟了很多愛慕的男生?不騙你,她開心的,足    
足笑了一分鐘,原本坐著的姿勢,竟然笑到站起來,最後掩嘴大    
笑,聲音還大到把旁邊的工作人員吸引過來。                  
                                                            
天呀,原來我今天做了最棒的一件事情,就是把一位六十歲的女    
士逗笑了,哈。                                              
                                                            
不過老實說,歐蒂蔻女士除了魚尾紋較明顯,她的臉蛋、脖子都    
很嫩也很光滑,別說六十了,很多四十歲的女人不見得能做到這    
樣,來聽聽他的秘訣嚕。                                      
                                                            
秘訣1→每天要喝現打果汁                                    
                                                            
歐蒂蔻說,「法國女人都吃的少! 」她早餐攝取現打果汁搭配棕    
色麵包。                                                    
                                                            
秘訣2→中午吃的少,雞肉、沙拉好味道                        
                                                            
中午精簡的只吃雞肉或沙拉,維持體力與活力,同時不因吃太撐    
,影響頭腦思考。                                            
                                                            
秘訣3→少吃甜                                              
                                                            
記得我寫過糖化現象,吃太多甜食會導致彈力纖維的糾結,(想    
像扭曲的彈簧床,如何把人撐起呢?)造成間接造成老化。        
                                                            
歐蒂蔻不太吃甜食,除了早餐偶爾吃甜點,中午以後以蔬菜居多    
、且要多喝水。                                              
                                                            
                                                            
秘訣4→晚上小酌兩杯                                        
                                                            
最好選紅酒,每晚喝個一兩杯,可幫助抗氧化。                  
                                                            
                                                            
秘訣5→面對壓力                                            
                                                            
現代人壓力大,歐蒂蔻靠游泳面對壓力,「游泳令身體放鬆且快    
樂。」沮喪的時候,她從不壓抑,把雙手交握背後,頭與手用力    
往後、往下拉筋,並發出「吼」的叫聲,把壓力徹底排除。        
                                                            
她說,「這麼做,可以幫助胸口達到微循環,避免抑鬱,法國人    
把胸口這一區塊當作太陽般,只要暢通,就能正面對抗壓力」      
                                                            
秘訣6→簡單保養、且要拍臉                                  
                                                            
歐蒂蔻認為,美麗不一定需靠做臉,或購買很多罐保養品,她僅    
用自家推出,總共五瓶的保養品,她最喜歡絲蛋白除皺精華與深    
海全效精質霜。                                              
                                                            
絲蛋白除皺精華質地細緻、水潤,主成分為胺基酸絲蛋白,正是    
擷取埃及豔后蠶絲美白法,可預防皺紋。深海全效精質霜含有      
Abyssine 657活性因子,適合身處於壓力、紫外線的都會女性。

'mind' is the key word for beauty, and beauty is reflected from within of course.

my aunt is a 30yrs-look-alike yet actually she's already 60 yrs, she has no crow feet( Chinese "fish-tail wrinkle )at all, she still wears and fits in perfectly her college wardrobes.
up to 80% of her diet are sweet( she has a terrible sweet tooth as far as I know, she sometimes eats only deserts all day long..!! ), she stays up 'til 4am and gets up at 12 noon daily, never exercise or anything except "oral exercise~ talk and chew"^^.
yet she is a real creature, everyone is shocked about her true age.

how does she makes it? and still keep it perfect shape/look 'til this day?

all I know is she makes up at her least, always keep her nature as much, she needs not to work to support herself; she is a light person with least desire though; he loves Natural and animals, she respects kids and youngsters; oh, by the way she is a vegetarian who eats egg and milk as well.

witnessing her life style, I have the guess: a simple mind with a gratitude heart keep her youth forever.
what really "matters" outside is that which comes from inside, ain't it?

曾經幾次中午買個雞肉沙拉當午餐,但是餓得很快!

要靠意志力來支撐,習慣後就好了,要不胃就被撐大啦

散步1.5小時很難ㄟ.除非下班走路回家.

看看你周圍三十歲的朋友們

應該也有很多人比她還肥吧

她已經六十了

這樣已經非常厲害

他站起來肚子還滿平的啦
